Our Warranty

DeMayo Tile, LLC's installed products carry a FIVE (5) YEAR labor warranty to cover any defect due to installation workmanship. This includes: tile and its adhesive, grout,** substrates (i.e. HardiBacker, GoBoard, Schulter-KERDI, etc.), flooring (hardwood, LVT, LVP, LVF, etc.), wet beds in their entirety, and any minor plumbing that we had to undertake during the course of your project. 

During the first 18 MONTHS after installation, DeMayo Tile, LLC will repair, free of charge, any defect due to installation workmanship. After the first 18 months, there will be a charge no greater than $225 per day to cover labor, material & waste disposal fees for any service necessary due to installation workmanship.

Any defect in materials is covered by your warranty from the manufacturer and will not be covered by this warranty. Any dissatisfaction with preference item (tile, flooring, etc.) selection will not be covered by this warranty. Installation workmanship completed by another contractor that causes defects to DeMayoTile, LLC's workmanship will not be covered by this warranty. Damages caused by normal wear and tear, or caused by another contractor, will not be covered by this warranty.

* Must have original, signed and dated proposal slip from DeMayo Tile, LLC or a dated receipt from DeMayo Tile, LLC available upon warranty claim.

** Grout is naturally porous and is subject to normal wear and tear, which will not be covered by this warranty.
